Hey, I'm Marissa.
I am the head coach of MNS Fitness, dedicated wife, and mom to 4 amazing kids. I have spent most of my adult life stuck in the world of "yo-yo dieting" and over time, I developed an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise.
In 2020, I was introduced to macro counting and progressive overload training, and my life was forever changed. ​

I am a NASM certified personal trainer & fitness nutrition specialist. My passion is to teach you how to make sustainable changes in your nutrition and fitness routine that will last a lifetime. No more food restrictions or exercise programs you don't enjoy! Together, we will find the balance you need to take control of your health, body, and mind.
