What is Macro Counting?
Macro counting is the practice of tracking the three main macronutrients - proteins, fats, and carbohydrates - to help manage a balanced diet and achieve health or fitness goals.

In short, protein is key for building and repairing muscle. Carbohydrates are our bodies main energy source. And fats support our hormones and brain health.
How long is your program?
My 1:1 virtual coaching program is a 12 week commitment.

It takes 8-12 weeks for the average person to notice significant physical changes in body composition, strength, and energy levels.
Research shows us that it takes 2-3 months to establish lasting habits and lifestyle changes.

Weeks 1 - 4: Foundation phase - Master macro tracking, build consistency in your routine, increase confidence with exercise.

Weeks 5 - 8: Progress phase - Increase exercise intensity and complexity, adjust or teak nutrition.
​
Weeks 9 - 12: Peak phase - Achieve breakthroughs in your fitness + nutrition.
What equipment do I need to join your Nutrition program?
Food scale: to weigh and track your food intake.
Body weight scale + Soft sided measuring tape: to track your physical progress during the program

I don't have access to a gym, can I workout at home?
Yes! You will be able to select from home or gym workouts at the beginning of your program.
Your exercise plan is built for you, using the equipment you have available to you.
​
It is preferred that home clients have access to dumbbells and/or resistance bands but it is not necessary to complete the program.
