Hey, I'm Marissa.

I’m the head coach of MNS Fitness — a dedicated wife, mom of four, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to be stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting.

After years of chasing quick fixes, I developed an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. But through strength training, sustainable habits, and mindset shifts, I found my way out — and now, I help others do the same.

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, my passion is helping busy women ditch the extremes, build real strength, and finally feel good in their skin — without obsessing over food or fitness.
